CDO.Message.1 error ‘80070005’

When there is error as below when your web application try to send email out

CDO.Message.1 error ‘80070005’

Access is denied.

Solution:
You might need to ensure the mail sending path have the “Everyone”, “Network Service” and “Users” permission and grant to all the subfolder on it.

AspJpeg: ActiveX component can’t create object

AspJpeg is a server component that will help your ASP or ASP.NET applications with all their image-management needs.

Set obj = Server.CreateObject("Persits. <ProgID> ")

When the script as above trying to create an instance of a Persits component(ASPupload, ASPjpeg or etc) and you receive an error as below

ActiveX component can’t create object

Please check if you have install the component as below

How to trigger .asp file in schedule task

If you have .asp or .aspx file that need to run the schedule task. Well, for Window, there is no option to lauch/load the page on the task schedule setting. So you can create schedule task to load the asp/aspx page.

How? Basically, you need to create 2 file. *.vbs and *.bat.

(1) create one .vbs file as script as below

Call Send_HTTP_Request()
Sub Send_HTTP_Request()
On Error Resume Next
Dim objRequest
Dim URL
Set objRequest = CreateObject("Microsoft.XMLHTTP")
URL = "http://www.yourdomain.com/your_page.aspx"
objRequest.open "POST", URL , false
objRequest.Send
Set objRequest = Nothing
End Sub

Note: Replace the url where the .aspx is

(2) Create a .bat file to trigger the .vbs file

CScript C:\YourScript.vbs

Note: Replace the path of the vbs file

(3) Create a schedule task to trigger the .bat file
